This autumn, we invite you to embark on an adventure to the land of 100,000 lakes, vast rivers, lush forests, enchanting heathlands, and mystical marshes.

What can I expect?
Our adventure takes us through Tivedens National Park, via the Bergslagleden to Lake Bosjƶn, where we’ll cross seven lakes to our final destination, Camping Tiveden.
We’re keeping the trip small-scale to fully enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Therefore, the maximum number of participants is limited to 10. The trip will go ahead with a minimum of six participants.
What’s on the program?
- A multi-day hike through unspoiled nature.
- First steps in determining edible plants and mushrooms.
- Learn the difference between simply ‘looking’ and truly ‘seeing’ in nature.
- Gain basic navigation skills with a map and compass.
- Evening excursions to spot wildlife, including the king of the forest, the moose!
- An exciting canoe trip across no fewer than seven lakes!
- Searching for beavers at their dens from a canoe!
- After a nature walk, build a campfire using gathered materials.
- Cooking over a fire and sleeping surrounded by nature!
- This is just a small selection of the exciting adventures that await you on this journey full of natural discoveries and unforgettable experiences.

- We welcome you at our departure point on Saturday, September 12.
- The activities begin on Sunday, September 13, in the early morning hours.
- The last day of activities is on Friday, September 18, when we conclude with a delicious barbecue and a cozy campfire.
- On Saturday, September 19, we say goodbye and depart from Camping Tiveden.

- We welcome you at our departure point on Thursday, August 5.

The team
The trip will be accompanied by two guides. Which two? That will vary per trip, so get to know them here!
Mischa – Ecologist and natureeducator
Mischa is a passionate ecologist and nature expert. With his profound knowledge of nature, he will guide you to see the world around you in a whole new way. From recognizing tracks and trails to understanding how areas develop, Mischa will immerse you in fascinating knowledge. He also enjoys sharing local customs and folklore, and recounting myths around the campfire, giving you a deeper understanding of your surroundings.
Vince – Wilderness guide and bushcraft enthousiast
Vince is our experienced nature guide and passionate bushcrafter. He’s passionate about all kinds of animals and plants. He’ll not only teach you how to set up camp and build a fire with respect for nature, and how to use a knife, saw, and axe safely, but he’ll also take you on a journey of discovery to edible plants and mushrooms. With Vince by your side, you’ll not only learn, but also savor the flavors nature has to offer.
Giles – Wildernis- and safariguide

Giles is a talented outdoor coach and wilderness guide. His path began as a cancer researcher, allowing him to bring a unique blend where science and nature reinforce each other. Through Thrival, he creates transformative journeys where survival skills, storytelling, and experiential learning come together to foster greater resilience, connection, and zest for life. He believes that everyone flourishes when they connect with their true nature ā physically, mentally, and spiritually. His motto: Find Your Nature!
